WHAT:  Building of "YAR_TOWN", construction of ARCH-SCARECROWS, participation in celebrating of the Shrovetide.

DETAILS:  From the 7 of March till March, 10 the 6 All-Russia festival "YAR_TOWN" will take place. The festival will pass within the framework of a wide pancake week celebrating in Yaroslavl. The main building site is located in the Governor's garden in the city center. For participants it will be offered 2 variants for creativity:
1. Building of arch-objects according to own sketches from any materials. Works will be chosen on a competitive basis (10-15 works).
2. Construction of sculptures on identical skeletons - modules, with use of a cord, a grid, a gauze, threads and other materials, capable to create a skeleton of an ice sculpture at douche by water at minus temperature.

Analogue – is the object "ICE MANUFACTURE" from CITIES ON THE SNOW.
After building of ice sculptures wooden skeletons can be used for creation of scarecrows. Then scarecrows will be solemnly burnt.
